Social Worker, Nurse Navigator and Indigenous Navigator Resources

Cancer often impacts more than just your physical health. Other areas of one's life, including self-image, family relationships, work and friendships can also be influenced by cancer diagnosis. A Nurse Navigator and Social Worker are available to you at Northumberland Hills Hospital from cancer diagnosis and treatment to survivorship. For Indigenous patients, an Indigenous Navigator is also available through the Central East Regional Cancer Program.
